Group Activity Mode: Tracking Engagement Made Easy

Overview

Group Activity Mode in the Vimocity platform simplifies tracking engagement for group movement sessions and video viewing. Traditional Daily 5 tracking only logs the individual signed into the platform, which can result in underreported participation. With Group Activity Mode, you can easily capture engagement data for multiple participants, ensuring a clearer picture of program involvement.

This article will cover:

  • What Group Activity Mode is and how it works
  • Why accurate group tracking is essential for program engagement insights
  • Instructions to enable and use Group Activity Mode

What is Group Activity Mode?

Group Activity Mode is used when two or more employees participate in a movement session or watch a Vimocity video together. This feature allows facilitators and managers to log participation for the entire group, making it easier to track engagement without requiring each individual to log in separately.

When to Use Group Activity Mode?

  • Group Daily 5 Sessions: Record the number of participants during a group movement session.
  • Group Video Viewing: Log participation when playing a Vimocity video for multiple team members.
