Overview
Set your organization up for success with a clear path to train, engage and strengthen your teams. Every company starts with the Introduction to Workforce Readiness Workshop, which unlocks a menu of trainings you can tailor to your goals and work environments.
Core Foundation Training
Workshop 1: Introduction to Workforce Readiness
This is your team’s starting point and the foundation for all future training. In this session, your teams will learn how physical readiness, recovery, and movement health fit into every workday. Once your organization completes Workshop 1, you “unlock” access to the full training menu below.
We recommend:
Scheduling this as your kickoff training
Keeping participation organization-wide for consistency
Using the provided rollout email and one-pager to communicate and promote it internally

Organization-Wide Training
After completing Workshop 1: Introduction to Workforce Readiness, your team can choose additional trainings from the menu below to deepen learning and reinforce readiness habits across all sites year over year. We suggest starting with 2–3 focus areas and sticking with those across your company to build consistency (e.g., if one site runs Power Position, all sites should run Power Position).
| Note: Each training can be led in person by a Vimocity coach, delivered virtually by a Vimocity coach, or assigned asynchronously via your organization’s LMS. Choose the format that best fits your schedule and team structure. |
Job-Specific & Leadership Trainings
After completing your core and organization-wide sessions, you can layer in high-need, high-impact workshops designed to target the unique risks and responsibilities of specific roles.
These can be used for:
Safety days
Crew refreshers
Leadership and champion development
Popular options include:
Exiting an Elevated Vehicle
Above and Below Principle
WorkReady Certification (recommended for leaders, managers and safety champions)
