Program Overview
The Vimocity WorkReady Certification is not only about preventing common injuries, it’s about building a stronger, safer and more resilient workforce from within. By equipping frontline employees with the right tools, knowledge and leadership skills, they will be empowered to take an active role in shaping a culture of readiness across your organization.
The certification can be completed in-person with a Vimocity Coach or online and takes approximately 1.5–3 hours. After completing the course, participants will receive:

What You’ll Learn
Vimocity Coaches will guide participants through dynamic, hands-on sessions (virtual or in-person) that cover:
- Workforce Readiness Essentials: Learn the simplest and most effective movement techniques for understanding physical readiness and ergonomics to reduce strain and improve performance on the job.
- Pain and Cognitive Function Performance: Understanding the impact of chronic pain on decision-making, mood and overall job performance and how to combat it.
- Leadership Skills: How to effectively engage your crew, motivate peers and pass down your knowledge confidently.
- Implementation and Sustainability Strategies: Simple ways to seamlessly integrate these practices into the workday so they stick.

How to Support Certified Employees
