Purpose
The Employee Impact Survey evaluates the type and frequency of behavioral changes prompted by the Vimocity initiative, along with assessing overall awareness and reach across your company.
Expected Outcomes
The survey will help us understand how your employees interact with the Vimocity initiative. These insights will:
- Provide a snapshot into two key leading indicators of success — “Management Engagement” and “Integration Into the Workday.” These insights will serve as a signal of projected safety outcomes related to workforce readiness.
- Help us provide recommendations to enhance employee engagement and extend the reach of the initiative in order to drive positive safety outcomes.
Survey Respondents
All eligible employees are encouraged to respond to this survey, regardless of their job type or current participation status in the Vimocity initiative.
Distribution Details
We recommend this survey be sent from your safety department or a recognized leader to all eligible employees. The survey will remain open for responses over a 3-week period.
The survey can be accessed online via a link and QR code provided by your Vimocity Customer Success Manager. For groups who don’t have a device or internet access readily available, a printable file can be obtained from your Vimocity CSM, upon request. Completed physical surveys should be scanned and sent to your Vimocity CSM for analysis.
